One Wall Street, an iconic Art Deco skyscraper designed by architect Ralph Walker, was completed in 1931 as the headquarters for the Irving Trust Company. In recent years, it has undergone a significant transformation, converting from office space into luxury condominium residences, with a Whole Foods in the building and the French department store Printemps set to open its first U.S. location within the building in March 2025.
With 565 units, it is a very large project developed by Harry Macklowe, the same developer of 432 Park. Therefore, the project is very well done in terms of finishes and amenities.

125 Greenwich Street, aka The Greenwich, is one of our favorite towers in the Financial District as it was designed by Rafael Vinoly and is ultra modern boasting great views from it's 88 stories and 273 luxury condominiums. At 912 feet tall, the building is the tallest residential building in the financial district.
The building features studios to three-bedroom units and is the only property in the country that has its amenities at such a high elevation, spanning the top three floors, including a 50-foot indoor saltwater lap pool on the 87th floor, providing panoramic views of landmarks such as the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty.
